Mrs. Anderson joined the Pirate family in 2021 as an interventionist at the Middle School. She became Principal of the elementary in 2022.

Mrs. Anderson taught various grades from 1-4 for 13 years, with most of her years spent in 2^nd grade. She joined leadership in 2018 and worked with teachers and students from PK-8^th grade.

Mrs. Anderson is married to her husband, Tyler, who is an English teacher here at JB High School. They have two children, Landry and Lydia, and one fur baby, Nola.

Mrs. Anderson enjoys traveling, reading, and going to church. She loves to go to new places with her family. Her favorite books are mystery and suspense novels. She attends the Methodist church and is active in Sunday School and Children’s church.
